Soothing Saturdays a unique 4 week course to nourish the mind, body and soul, by bringing in mindfullnes, mantra, breath, movement, sound and touch to unleash the power we have within to live life to the fullest.
Meditation is a journey of a lifetime and although relatively easy to learn there are many techniques to bring in awareness rather than just sitting with your eyes closed.
Elaine has been practising these teachniques for many years and has used them to bring order into her own life at times of need.
This course would be benificial for those with anxiety, fears, depression or just to simply help process the jumbled thoughts that have built up over the past months and wanting to make a shift in how to move forward.
No experience is needed, just register your place, wear something comfortable, for the first session bring a towel and enjoy your time with yourself.
This course is for the ladies only as we will be practising self massage.
Please come on time as the door bell will be switched off at the start of each session so it is comfortable for all.
