Led by Elaine — Yoga teacher, Menopause coach and founder of The Space Penang — who brings years of experience empowering women to reconnect with their strength, confidence and vitality. She leads by example, living what she teaches, and supporting women to become the strongest, healthiest and most authentic version of themselves at every stage of life.
