Rope Wall Yoga uses specially designed wall ropes to support and deepen traditional yoga postures. The ropes provide stability, traction, and assistance, allowing students to safely explore alignment, improve flexibility, build strength, and experience greater ease in the body.
Suitable for all levels, the ropes can support beginners in finding confidence in poses while also helping experienced practitioners deepen their practice. The support of the ropes can relieve pressure on joints, improve posture, and create space in the spine, making the practice both therapeutic and energising.
