Creative Dance

Creative Flow Dance class is based on the expertise-plus-release technique that combines building experience in different approaches of dance (e.g modern, communal and interpretative dance). And using improvisation and contact improvisation skills to enable the body to let go with a conscious release - taking the dance into a state of deep creative flow. The class enhances creativity through practise and relinquishment of control, allowing  spontaneous idea generation to emerge.
