If you have reached menopause or are experiencing some of its symptoms taking care of yourself and refocusing on your overall health is more important than ever.
We have created a class to focus on the issues that may arise such as weight gain, lack of muscle tone, loss of bone density and dealing with moods and hot flushes. 
We will be using a combination of yoga ( nothing fancy ) light weights ,bands and props to improve your overall well being .
It’s is a very gentle class with great results and you will be very much part of the support that is very much needed .
