A deep stretch alignment class using props and rope wall.
Suitable for all but especially those with injuries and wanting to gain a deeper understanding of the poses.
Elaine has been teaching with rope walls for 20 years and has a sound understanding of physical limitations and how with using props we can work through them to heal the body.
